We offer a variety of meal plans, catering to different preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and flexitarian options that feature grass-fed and finished beef.

VEGAN MEALS
Vegan Meals: are entirely plant-based, excluding all animal products. They center around fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, providing a cruelty-free and environmentally conscious dietary choice.
PESCATARIAN MEALS
Pescatarian Meals: are predominantly plant-based but include seafood. This diet avoids meat from land animals but embraces a variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, and fish or other seafood. Pescatarians choose seafood as their primary source of animal protein while abstaining from other types of meat such as poultry or red meat.
VEGETARIAN MEALS
Vegetarian Meals: exclude meat, poultry, and fish, but include plant-based foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts. Vegetarian diets vary, with some including or excluding certain animal products like eggs and dairy.
FLEXITARIAN MEALS
Flexitarian Meals: are predominantly plant-based but occasionally include meat or other animal products. This flexible approach allows individuals to enjoy a primarily vegetarian diet while still incorporating small amounts of meat or animal products when desired. Flexitarianism emphasizes plant-based foods but doesn't strictly eliminate animal products, providing a balanced and adaptable approach to eating.
